SightCheck reads the position as the game goes on and records each move in standard chess notation, so neither player has to.
3Stream it, or replay it later
Family and coaches can follow the board live from anywhere. Afterwards, step back through the whole game move by move.
It only ever sees the board.
The camera takes still images at a low frame rate for one purpose: working out where the pieces are. There is no video recording of players and no audio at all.
What anyone watching sees is a digital chessboard and the move list — never faces, bodies, or likenesses. That is what makes SightCheck usable at a junior event, where filming children is not on the table.
